About The Position

Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer is seeking a Youth Soccer/Child Development Coach to lead children ages 18 months to 10 years old through a 50-minute structured class focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families. This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required — full training is provided. Lil' Kickers is a nationwide soccer program rooted in child development theory for kids ages 18 months to 10 years old. Weekly classes are packed with fun and taught by dynamic coaches with a passion for kids. We focus on helping children build strong physical, intellectual and emotional skills using the game of soccer. Our Philosophy uses world-renowned child development theories, our curriculum is child-centered, creative, and comprehensive. By rewarding the children’s effort and not just the outcome, we drive the will to try again and again and again. We believe an amazing on-field experience will keep children engaged and coming back for more. We believe in creating space for all children whether they are on the road to all-star soccer or simply just want to play. Every Coach within Lil' Kickers has gone through rigorous training to make sure each child is getting the best instruction possible that is both age-appropriate and developmentally minded.
