Soccer Shots is hiring fun, energetic, and dependable part-time coaches who want to positively impact children’s lives. Our coaches lead high-energy, engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8 while teaching character development and making every class the best 30–45 minutes of a child’s week. Make an Impact. Soccer Shots Little Rock is looking for an Early Childhood Soccer Coach to join our team. This role is perfect for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants to build a meaningful career in early childhood development, coaching, and leadership. No Sports Experience Required! You’ll spend your week creating fun, memorable experiences for children ages 2–8 years old through Soccer Shots sessions at schools and parks throughout the Greater Little Rock area, including North Little Rock, Benton, Conway, Cabot, Maumelle, and Jacksonville. Responsibilities

Lead 20-30 Soccer Shots sessions each week for children ages 2–8 years old at schools and parks throughout the Greater Little Rock area.
Create a safe, fun, and encouraging environment where every child feels successful.
Deliver our proven curriculum with enthusiasm, professionalism, and consistency.
Build positive relationships with children, families, teachers, and school partners.
Assist with daily team needs.
Use tools like Connecteam to stay organized and support team success.
