Early Childhood Programs Supervisor
About The Position
LSI is seeking a full-time Program Supervisor for its Early Childhood program in Scott County. The role helps launch, lead, and grow a team supporting children and families, while building a culture of excellence, collaboration, and impact. The Program Supervisor coordinates and oversees assigned early childhood services and provides leadership and support to staff to ensure quality programming. The position collaborates with families, community partners, healthcare providers, schools, and other agencies to connect children and families with resources, promote positive outcomes, and ensure program goals and funding requirements are met. LSI's Early Childhood Services provide care, guidance, and education to parents of young children across Iowa through services such as in-home weekly visits, connections to community resources, and parent support groups.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a human service or education-related field.
- At least two years of experience working with children and families.
