About The Position
This role provides support by assisting with the daily teaching and functions of the classroom. The assistant will facilitate play with young children, assist with room setup/cleanup, prepare classroom materials, and help maintain the daily schedule. Other duties may be assigned by the classroom teacher or Coordinator. This position is located in Isanti and operates on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays for 7.0 hours per day. The role may become benefit eligible if combined with other positions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Successful Background Check required.

- Experience with young children preferred.
- General knowledge of practices, methods and techniques used in early childhood classroom teaching.
- Ability to work effectively with parents and teachers.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
