About The Position

Giving Tree Early Learning, the early childhood program of Hasten Hebrew Academy of Indianapolis, is seeking warm, creative, and collaborative educators to join our growing team for the 2026–2027 school year. Our program serves children ages 12 months through Pre-K in a nurturing, play-based environment inspired by relationships, exploration, creativity, and hands-on learning. We value curiosity, kindness, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children. Hasten Hebrew Academy of Indianapolis is the only Jewish day school in Indianapolis, serving students from early childhood through 8th grade. Giving Tree Early Learning provides a warm, inclusive, community-centered environment where children are encouraged to learn through play, creativity, relationships, and exploration.

Requirements

• A positive and nurturing approach with children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility and willingness to collaborate
• Experience in early childhood education preferred
• CDA, associate’s, or bachelor’s degree preferred for lead teachers
