The Early Childhood Home Visitor support families in the Early Head Start Home‑Based Program by providing developmental and social services to pregnant women and children from birth to age three. This role manages a caseload of 12 families, delivers weekly 90‑minute home visits using approved curricula, and leads monthly socialization playgroups. Early Childhood Home Visitors also provide case management for high‑risk families, including goal setting, resource referrals, and tracking health and developmental outcomes in Construct. The position facilitates monthly parent trainings to promote family engagement and child development.
