About The Position
Kids & Company operates over 100 childcare centres across Canada and continues to grow. We are currently hiring for Early Childhood Educators (ECEs)-IT to join our team!
Requirements
- Valid British Columbia ECE License
- Valid Infant Toddler (IT) Certification
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Valid Child Care First Aid & CPR Certification
- Up-to-date immunizations
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
Responsibilities
- Provide quality care and supervision in a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
- Implement an Emergent Curriculum and support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development
- Maintain attendance, documentation, and daily reports
- Support children's emotional, physical, and behavioural well-being
- Collaborate with families, team members, and external professionals as needed
- Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development opportunities
- For IT Educators: Support infant and toddler routines including feeding, diapering, and sleep schedules
