About The Position

The Learning Experience – Littleton is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Education Teacher to join our growing team of educators. This role is ideal for an EEC-certified teacher who enjoys creating engaging learning experiences that help young children develop confidence, independence, social-emotional skills, and school readiness. Our classrooms provide a supportive, child-centered environment where learning happens through exploration, creativity, and meaningful relationships.

Requirements

Massachusetts EEC Teacher Certification required
Minimum 6 months of classroom experience required
CPR and First Aid certification preferred
Must meet Massachusetts EEC licensing requirements

Nice To Haves

1+ year preferred classroom experience
Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP)

Responsibilities

Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment for young learners
Implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum
Support children's social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development
Foster independence, problem-solving skills, and positive peer interactions
Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
Maintain classroom organization, documentation, and compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations
Collaborate with center leadership and teaching teams to ensure program excellence
Communicate regularly with families regarding classroom activities and developmental progress
