About The Position

The Learning Experience – Natick is hiring a passionate and reliable EEC Certified Preschool Teacher to lead one of our engaging preschool classrooms. Our program focuses on building early academic skills, confidence, social development, and independence through hands-on, play-based learning. This role is perfect for an educator who enjoys creating a structured but joyful classroom where children ages 3–5 can learn, explore, and thrive.

Requirements

Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (required)
At least 6 months of experience in a preschool or early childhood classroom (1+ year preferred)
Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

1+ year preferred
Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred

Responsibilities

Create and lead a positive, well-organized preschool classroom environment
Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experience’s curriculum and daily activities
Support early literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and school readiness skills
Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication
Work closely with your teaching team to maintain consistency and high-quality instruction
Ensure classroom compliance with all Massachusetts EEC health, safety, and licensing standards
