About The Position
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Pre-K Teacher to join our team! In this role, you will create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters the social, emotional, and academic growth of young children. As a Pre-K Teacher, you will design and implement age-appropriate curriculum, manage classroom activities, and work closely with parents and staff to ensure every child reaches their full potential. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education; or degree seeking
- Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A passion for nurturing and guiding young learners.

- Ability to Relocate: Saint Charles, MO 63303: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans based on the developmental needs of preschool-aged children.
- Foster a safe, caring, and respectful classroom environment.
- Monitor and support children’s individual growth and developmental milestones.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and needs.
- Collaborate with a team of educators to create a positive learning community.
