Requirements

6+ Early Childhood Education units from an accredited college or university
Two years of experience working with children with special needs/challenging behaviors, including experience working with children with IEPs/IFSPs
Must have some behavior training
Must be able to successfully clear the TrustLine background process
Willing to assist with duties such as diapering/toileting, feeding, and various kitchen cleaning tasks
Dependable, punctual, reliable, ability to communicate effectively

Responsibilities

Support students with behavioral and challenges
Assist with behavior management in school setting
Implement ABA techniques and behavior support plans
Track daily data and share progress with staff
Support self-care needs, as needed
Perform related duties as needed
