About The Position
HealthPlus Staffing is assisting a nonprofit outpatient clinic with their search for a Early Childhood Development Specialist, LCSW to join their team in Desert Hot Springs, CA Job Title: Early Childhood Development Specialist, LCSW Location: Desert Hot Springs, CA (On-site) Compensation: $90,000–$100,000/yr + $10,000 new hire bonus Schedule: Full-time
Requirements
- Active CA LCSW license
- BLS certification required
- Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field
- Experience with early childhood development (ages 0–3)
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual Spanish preferred
- Experience working with underserved populations preferred
Responsibilities
- Support families with children ages 0–3 within pediatric primary care setting
- Provide developmental screenings, behavioral guidance, and parenting support
- Deliver integrated behavioral health visits
- Collaborate with pediatric providers and care team
- Coordinate care, referrals, and community resources
- Document all patient activity in EMR
- Participate in program implementation and reporting
