We invite you to join us in our vision of “Making Lives Better!” Early Childhood Intervention (ECI) provides services to families with children (birth to 3 years) who have developmental delays and disabilities in Potter and Randall County. ECI offers Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Specialized Skills Training, Service Coordination, Nutrition services, and additional services for auditory impairment and vision impairment. The Case Manager position will become credentialed as an Early Intervention Specialist/Service Coordinator through training requirements with the Texas Health and Human Service Early Childhood Intervention Program. The Case Manager position will perform service coordination and specialized skills services for assigned caseload. Assist child and their family to attain outcomes developed through the Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP), and foster family advocacy for their child through knowledge of accessing community resources. Works under the general supervision of the ECI Early Intervention Specialist Lead Coordinator. Completion of work by the Case Manager I-III requires originating new techniques in working with their assigned clients, establishing criteria with other team members as they develop and revise IFSP’s. Decisions are varied but based on well-defined guidelines. Collaborations with the therapist on the ECI team to meet the needs of the children on caseload. Adheres to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concerns if ethical and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised.
