About The Position

SparkJoy ABA, in partnership with Finni Health, is seeking high-energy, playful, and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. This is a part-time role operating exclusively in the client's home environment. The ideal candidate is a "kid at heart" who loves to turn learning into a game and celebrate every small victory with genuine enthusiasm. The company is mission-driven and clinician-led, focused on ethical care and meaningful outcomes.

Requirements

1+ year of experience working with children (daycare, camp counselor, teaching, coaching, or similar) is required.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the assigned Parma territory.
Must pass RBT Certification within 90 days of hire.
Must be comfortable working inside client homes and visiting neighborhoods within the assigned Parma territory.
Must pass a background check.

Nice To Haves

Proof of completion of a 40-hour Behavior Technician training course is preferred but not required to interview.

Responsibilities

Work 1:1 with children in their homes, actively playing, moving, and engaging them to help them meet their goals.
Use creative, high-movement methods to teach communication, social cues, and daily living skills.
Collect progress data and collaborate with supervising BCBAs to ensure the child is thriving.
Build trust with parents through consistent, upbeat communication and in-home support.
