This role supports the RECE and other ECA staff in facilitating the development and behavior of children, implementing and evaluating age-appropriate programs, and building meaningful relationships with children. The position requires meeting health, welfare, and safety needs, implementing preventative health and safety measures, and adhering to all requirements set by Local Public Health and CCEYA Act. It also involves developing and maintaining a safe environment, collaborating with parents, and completing required record-keeping.
