About The Position

At Early Learning Academies (ELA), we are seeking passionate and qualified Assistant Wrap Teachers to join our Excel Creative Early Learning community. This role is ideal for individuals who view teaching young children as more than a job and are dedicated to shaping the future. The position involves a wrap schedule, requiring candidates to be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma. While some childcare experience is preferred, we welcome all enthusiastic applicants. The schedule is a split shift during the school year and transitions to full days during the summer months.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old with a HS diploma or GED
• EDU 119 and 12+ hours of ECE coursework (or currently enrolled and working toward it)
• Experience teaching young children
• A love for teaching young children and supporting their growth
• Ability to meet all state and federal childcare licensing requirements
