About The Position

Little People's Landing is actively seeking a qualified Assistant Center Director to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 3 certification in CO Shines and have a minimum of three years of teaching experience in a center setting. A large center director certificate is highly preferred. They value previous management experience, particularly in an Assistant Director role. This role is for individuals with a genuine desire to positively impact the lives of young children, providing them with an exceptional early learning experience. Whether you have spent time in childcare before or are new to the industry, they seek candidates dedicated to nurturing young minds.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Must meet all state, federal, and Early Learning Academies guidelines regarding education, experience, immunizations, employment physical, and required health and safety training and practices.
  • A valid driver's license is required if driving is a requirement of the position.
  • Level 3 certification in CO Shines.
  • Minimum of three years of teaching experience in a center setting.

Nice To Haves
