About The Position

The Learning Experience is seeking an experienced and strategic Area Manager to support and oversee multiple early learning centers across the Texas division. This role is ideal for a proven leader who excels in operations, team development, and maintaining high standards across multiple locations.

Requirements

Experience in a multi site leadership role within early childhood education
Strong understanding of Tennessee State licensing and compliance standards
Federal background clearance and 3 Professional References required
Strong leadership, organizational, and decision making skills
Excellent communication and relationship building abilities
Ability to travel between centers as needed
Passion for early childhood education and operational excellence

Nice To Haves

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and operational oversight for multiple early learning centers
Support and coach Center Directors to ensure strong performance and compliance
Monitor staffing, scheduling, enrollment, and labor management
Ensure compliance with state licensing, health, and safety requirements
Partner with leadership on hiring, training, and professional development initiatives
Support tours, enrollment strategies, and family engagement when needed
Analyze center performance metrics and implement improvement plans
