About The Position

Bright Horizons is seeking Early Child Care Teachers for their location at JP Morgan Chase San Antonio. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's lives, learn from early education experts, and pursue a CDA or college degree at no cost. Full-time and part-time positions are available for teaching infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Specific preferred shifts are outlined for full-time infant teachers (M-F 8-5 or 9-6), full-time toddler teachers (M-F 8-5), and part-time float teachers (M-F 12pm-6pm). Requirements

• Candidates must pass required state and company background checks
• Meet state and company minimum education and experience requirements
• 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED is required
• Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice (DAP) for children is required

Nice To Haves

• College-level coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or an associate or bachelor’s degree in early education or related field is preferred
• 1 year of professional experience teaching in child care, daycare, or preschool settings is preferred

Responsibilities

• Create hands-on activities to meet the needs and interests of the children
• Maintain open communication with parents, sharing their child's daily milestones
• Ensure a safe and clean classroom by following essential procedures and guidelines
