About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Center Teacher to join our team in Salina, KS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Requirements

• Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting.
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and educational lesson plans.
• Passion for working with children and fostering their growth.

Nice To Haves

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote early childhood development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and development, maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding their child’s growth and any concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Maintain compliance with all state and local regulations related to early childhood education.
• Encourage positive behavior and social skills among children.
