About The Position
Gotion Inc. is seeking ambitious and driven new graduates to join our Early Careers Program. This program offers early-career talent a significant opportunity to apply their academic knowledge, gain practical experience, and develop professionally within a dynamic and mission-driven organization. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) completed within the last 0–2 years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Responsibilities
- Contribute to day-to-day team operations and special projects
- Learn and apply company tools, systems, and best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to help meet team and company goals
- Analyze information and provide data-driven insights or recommendations
- Prepare presentations, reports, or documentation as needed
- Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and development workshops
