About The Position

This is a 9-week Summer Internship Program starting in June 2027, designed for driven students to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of investments at a global investment firm. Interns will receive one-on-one mentorship and participate in various initiatives including orientation, networking events, development workshops, and volunteer activities. Successful completion of the internship may lead to eligibility for a full-time offer in the Early Career Program after graduation. The Distribution Technology team focuses on building and managing platforms for data-driven decision-making, understanding clients, products, sales, and market trends. They design and operate scalable, cloud-based data pipelines using technologies like Snowflake, AWS, Python, and Airflow, and apply AI and automation to enhance efficiency and create business capabilities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and be a Junior graduating by summer of 2028
• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• All majors are welcome with an emphasis on Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology.
• Strong leadership, initiative, and interpersonal skills; ambitious and creative demeanor
• Strong analytical/quantitative and technical abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Technical course work
• Ability to adapt to ambiguous situations
• Ability to work well with others across teams with varied strengths
• Must be able to work in the Invesco office where the position is available
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis. We do not offer any type of employment-based immigration sponsorship for this program. Invesco will not provide any assistance or sign any documentation in support of any other form of immigration sponsorship or benefit including optional practical training (OPT) or curricular practical training (CPT).
• Relocation and housing will not be included if an offer is extended.
