About The Position

Invesco is seeking driven students for its 9-week Summer Internship Program, starting in June 2027. This program offers an opportunity to delve into client services within a global investment firm, learning from seasoned professionals and gaining hands-on experience. As an ETF Product Development Intern, you will play an active role in driving the growth of Invesco’s ETF business by working closely with ETF Product Strategy & Research teams. You will apply analytical skills to real-world challenges, advance key strategic priorities for ETFs and other innovative investment products, and gain cross-functional exposure by collaborating with multiple businesses. This internship is ideal for individuals who are curious, analytical, and excited about the fast-paced world of exchange-traded funds. Successful interns may be eligible for a full-time offer to join Invesco's Early Career Program after graduation.

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and a Junior graduating by summer of 2028
Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
Proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced functions) and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
Genuine interest in financial markets, asset management, and ETFs
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities, leadership qualities, and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented
Must be able to work in one of Invesco’s offices where the program is available

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with programming languages such as R, Python, or VBA is a plus
Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Understanding of AI applications (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics)

Responsibilities

Help create and update product and market outlook materials by conducting research and analysis.
Support product development by analyzing the ETF competitive landscape and identifying trends.
Work with Product Strategists to provide analytical insights that respond to internal sales inquiries.
Run internal reports, spot key trends, and summarize findings for senior leaders.
Coordinate data analysis to support new product ideas and innovation.
Contribute to ad hoc projects and assist with U.S. ETF product launches and updates.
