About The Position

Our client is looking for a junior-level Java Developer to join their digital technology team, focusing on credit card and lending applications. The primary project involves new development for upcoming client projects. This role requires 0-1 years of experience in back-end Java development, including webservices and SOAP/RESTful and J2EE. As the client operates in a Java environment, conceptual knowledge of Angular JS is beneficial, as many new applications will utilize Angular. The position involves collaboration with other team members such as QA's, BA's, and other digital technology managers. There may be some front-end UI work, making JavaScript and Angular knowledge a plus.

Requirements

0-1 years of experience with back-end Java development.
Experience with webservices and SOAP/RESTful.
Experience with J2EE.
Excellent communication skills.
Agile environment experience.
Soft skills are very important as the person will be exposed to the business.
