About The Position
This role involves supporting and developing safety improvements within the operation, providing technical support for the EAF process, and optimizing raw material costs. The position requires statistical analysis of process and operator feedback, evaluation of new process technologies, and continuous product and process improvement support. Additionally, the role involves developing corrective and preventative actions and supporting ISO activities.
Requirements
- B.S. degree or equivalent in engineering, material science, or a related field
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work without supervision
