As our Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer and Chief Information Officer, you will provide high-level executive support to the Chief People Officer (CPO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO), enabling the effective delivery of strategic priorities, governance, decision-making and day-to-day operations across two distinct executive portfolios.

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications business administration (or equivalent discipline) or demonstrated experience in executive assistant or business administration roles in a complex organisational environment.
  • Ability to assess, prioritise and coordinate competing requests while supporting the CPO and CIO across different portfolio demands and timeframes.
  • Demonstrated judgement in identifying urgency, managing escalation pathways and making sound decisions within a complex executive environment.
  • Ability to remain effective in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, high volumes of work and frequent interruptions, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality executive support to the CPO and CIO, ensuring both executives are effectively supported across different work rhythms, deadlines, sensitivities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the strategic priorities and key outcomes across both executive portfolios.
  • Coordinate the fulfilment of requirements for the CPO and CIO by the People & Culture Committee, Board, Executive Leadership Team, and other governance forums as required.
  • Coordinate the active management of supplier contracts, licencing agreements and project support arrangements across our people and technology portfolios.
