About The Position

Level AI is a fast-growing, AI-first Customer Experience Intelligence platform backed by top-tier investors and founded by leaders from Amazon, Google, and Meta. We’re looking for a highly organized Operations Specialist to partner closely with senior leadership and help run the business day to day. This in-office role combines executive support, business operations, and offsite management in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Specialist, or similar role in a startup or fast-paced environment
  • Experience supporting senior executives in high-growth environments
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
  • Strong organization, communication, and judgment
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and ownership
  • Comfortable working in-office with leadership

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support to senior leadership (calendar, meetings, travel)
  • Own day-to-day operational workflows that keep the company running efficiently
  • Track leadership priorities, KPIs, and action items
  • Support hiring operations and onboarding
  • Help maintain internal documentation, policies, and operating cadences
  • Plan and execute leadership and company offsites end-to-end
  • Support ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the business scales
