About The Position

We are seeking an experienced End-to-End Program Manager to lead a large-scale Oracle Cloud Migration initiative. This role is focused on driving execution, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams, and managing the full lifecycle of the Oracle transformation program. The ideal candidate will take ownership of delivery, oversee milestones, and ensure alignment with business and technology stakeholders while maintaining high standards of execution and reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale Oracle programs or enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Cloud migration projects, with hands-on program delivery experience.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle ERP and EPM implementations.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
  • Strong program management skills, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Proficiency in tracking tools and reporting systems such as Jira.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with multiple cloud platforms such as Oracle Cloud and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Familiarity with Oracle HCM configuration and integration processes.
  • Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and related technologies.
  • Oracle certifications or equivalent credentials.
  • Experience managing executive reporting cycles (biweekly/monthly updates).

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud migration initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
  • Oversee execution of program activities, managing dependencies, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to drive progress and ensure program success.
  • Manage and track milestones, deliverables, and overall program health across Oracle-related initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, including testing timelines and validation phases.
  • Facilitate coordination across cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of all program activities.
  • Drive program governance activities, including roadmap updates, RAID tracking, and status reporting.
  • Organize and lead regular program sync meetings, including testing coordination calls and stakeholder updates.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
