About The Position

Accountable for the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process and policy architecture across HPE Networking (HPE + Juniper). Shapes and governs the integrated L2C operating model, ensuring alignment across pillars and consistency from front office through back office. Partners closely with L2C Design Leads and pillar teams to maintain experience coherence, decision traceability, and alignment to the intended customer, partner, and seller experience. Reports into the L2C Management Office (LMO).

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end Lead-to-Cash processes and cross-functional operating models
  • Experience leading policy harmonization and enterprise process architecture efforts
  • Strong business- and systems-thinking mindset; able to assess upstream/downstream impacts of design decisions
  • Ability to translate strategy and experience intent into clear capability guardrails
  • Executive-ready communication and facilitation skills across business and IT stakeholders
  • 10+ years in enterprise process architecture, transformation, or operating model design; experience in user experience design strategy and principles
  • Experience supporting large-scale commercial and business transformation and/or integration programs
  • Familiarity with core L2C enabling platforms (e.g., CRM, CPQ, order management, provisioning, entitlements, billing, finance) and their architectural interdependencies

Responsibilities

  • Define and govern the end-to-end L2C process and policy architecture; ensure pillar-level designs align to an integrated model; define digital strategy.
  • Shape and lead the inventory, assessment, and rationalization of legacy L2C policies; frame tradeoffs and escalate decision points as required.
  • Own the definition of core personas and guide development of experience blueprints and journey maps; ensure these artifacts anchor detailed design and prioritization.
  • Guide translation of experience and policy intent into digital and process design guardrails; ensure implications to systems and data are surfaced early.
  • Orchestrate interlocks across Front Office, Back Office, Channel, Technical, Data, and Intake leads to prevent siloed optimization and manage cross-functional impacts.
  • Support governance forums with clear framing of options, risks, and downstream implications; ensure decisions are reflected consistently across design artifacts.
