About The Position

The Eden Prairie School district is seeking an E-Sports Coach for Eden Prairie High School. This co-curricular position involves working with student leaders and the activities office to recruit students, addressing parent questions and concerns, registering teams on Fenworks, and fundraising. The coach will also check in with teams during the fall season (November - January) to resolve conflicts such as student attendance, team dynamics, and technical issues. Additionally, the coach is expected to attend or watch monthly coaches meetings from Fenworks.

Requirements

• Experience working with students.
• Ability to recruit students.
• Skills in conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with e-sports platforms (Fenworks mentioned).

Responsibilities
