About The Position

Veo is seeking operations professionals who are passionate about providing riders with an excellent experience by maintaining our vehicles and continually improving fleet operations. As an E-Scooter Delivery Driver, you will locate, swap batteries, and rebalance scooters throughout the city while performing quality checks and minor repairs. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and staying active throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile applications
• Ability to lift and move scooters weighing up to 60 lbs without assistance
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation to commute to and from the warehouse

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of local geography and street layouts
• Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, delivery, logistics, or operations
• Ability to work overnight shifts
• Experience driving cargo vans or delivery vehicles

Responsibilities

• Follow mobile app instructions to complete assigned tasks
• Drive a company-provided van to locate scooters and swap batteries
• Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
• Perform basic repairs and quality checks
• Respond to on-demand requests to locate and retrieve scooters
• Maintain accurate task completion through the mobile app
• Complete other duties as assigned
