About The Position
Veo is seeking reliable and motivated operations professionals to support daily fleet operations. In this role, you will locate scooters, swap batteries, rebalance vehicles across the city, and perform basic quality checks and minor repairs. This is a hands-on, active position ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying on the move, and solving problems independently.
Requirements
- 21+ years old
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Comfortable driving a company van
- Smartphone savvy and comfortable using mobile applications
- Ability to lift and move scooters up to 60 lbs without assistance
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of the Alexandria area and surrounding streets
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Experience in warehouse, delivery, manufacturing, or similar roles
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions in the company mobile app to complete assigned tasks
- Drive a company van to locate scooters and swap batteries
- Rebalance scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas
- Perform basic repairs and quality checks
- Respond to on-demand requests to locate or retrieve scooters
- Complete additional operational tasks as assigned
