The Sanitation Worker supports equipment, silverware, sanitation, and porter processes to ensure sanitation guidelines are consistently met according to established timing, quality, food safety, and cost standards. This is a 24/7 operation, and the position requires flexibility, including overnight shifts. The ENS Team is responsible for processing all incoming airline equipment sanitation, distributing internal airline equipment, performing building cleaning tasks according to the master cleaning schedule, and building beverage carts, equipment, and cutlery rollups based on customer assembly instructions. The role reports to the Sanitation Manager and involves rotating shifts within a 24/7 operation, including weekends and holidays as needed.
