About The Position

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking to fill multiple E-Markets positions. This role involves integrating complex quantitative tools into the trading environment to enable traders to make informed decisions. Responsibilities include resolving pricing failures and booking issues, explaining model behavior to traders, analyzing market data for microstructure and regulations, implementing and refining algorithmic trading strategies, and developing advanced models for derivative product quotes. The position also supports the equity index flow trading desk by handling client trade pricing, quoting, hedging, and explaining profit and loss results.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Computational Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as E-Markets, Quantitative Research, or related occupation.
  • Two (2) years of experience applying quantitative analysis techniques to support equity markets, including probability theory and stochastic calculus.
  • Two (2) years of experience utilizing mathematical techniques (partial differential equations, numerical optimization, statistical analysis) for equity derivative pricing, risk management, and execution.
  • Two (2) years of experience in the equity derivatives space, including inventory risk management, portfolio scenario analysis, and strategy optimization for hedging.
  • Two (2) years of experience in valuation and modeling of equity exotic products.
  • Two (2) years of experience developing using Python and C++ with quantitative models and creating analytical systems.
  • Two (2) years of experience working with Trading and Structuring Control groups, analyzing client flow, backtesting trading strategies, and developing analytical systems.
  • Two (2) years of experience applying stochastic processes, finite difference methods, Monte-Carlo simulations, and probability theory to solve financial problems.
