E & I Maintenance Supervisor - Central Plant
About The Position
The E & I Maintenance Supervisor for the Central Plant manages daily and weekly work schedules to ensure jobs are completed correctly, safely, and efficiently. The role partners with maintenance and reliability personnel on multi-craft issues, leads smaller capital expenditure projects within the Maintenance Work Process, and ensures E&I documentation is correct, including modifying electrical one-lines and Electrical Classification Plot Plans when required. The supervisor is also responsible for personnel development planning and serves as the plant’s leader for Electrical Safety.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of chemical plant experience.
- SAP Super User experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of E&I, NEC, and refrigeration.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
Nice To Haves
- Two-year technical degree preferred.
Responsibilities
