The Electrical Foreman III leads an electrical crew supporting maintenance, turnaround, and capital project work in refinery, petrochemical, gas processing, and heavy industrial facilities. This role is responsible for safely executing daily electrical activities, coordinating work fronts, maintaining production, and ensuring work is performed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and CAM standards. The Electrical Foreman III must be capable of supervising up to 12 electricians while maintaining strong communication with supervisors, planners, QA/QC, and other crafts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of industrial electrical experience
  • NCCER required
  • Must be able to support turnarounds, maintenance, and capital projects

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 2 years foreman or lead experience preferred
  • State Journeyman license preferred
  • TWIC preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise crews of up to 12 electricians in industrial environments
  • Plan and coordinate daily work activities to support project schedules and work fronts
  • Maintain short-term look-ahead planning and communicate manpower, material, and access needs to supervision
  • Read and execute work from one-line drawings, electrical drawings, schematics, loop sheets, and construction packages
  • Generate material take-offs and verify material availability for planned work activities
  • Coordinate permits, LOTO requirements, and safe work activities before execution
  • Fully enforce Stop Work Authority and CAM safety expectations
  • Monitor productivity, workmanship, and installation quality in the field
  • Generate daily progress updates, field reports, and completion status reports to supervisors
  • Coordinate with operations, other crafts, and client representatives to maintain schedule and execution alignment
  • Support turnover, punch resolution, commissioning, and startup activities as required
  • Maintain housekeeping, tool accountability, and overall crew organization in active work areas
