About The Position

CACI is seeking an E-Discovery Senior Systems Analyst to support the DOJ’s mission on the MEGA contract. In this role, you will consult directly with clients regarding task orders, scheduling of work, personnel assignments, priorities, and progress reporting. You will also plan, staff, schedule, and develop cost estimates for work to be performed under task orders. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in litigation support technology-assisted review/software development/engineering looking to support a high-profile Federal Client. CACI seeks talented Senior Systems Analysts who utilize programmatic solutions to help manage, analyze, and present very large amounts of electronic data in the eDiscovery arena. CACI is committed to growing its eDiscovery workforce and offers tuition reimbursement for Relativity certifications and the ACEDS certification.

Requirements

• Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in actually doing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience
• Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server-based databases and applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
• Ability to lead a technical team, and to give it direction
• Demonstrated ability to analyze the attorneys' needs, and to design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a litigation support environment
• Experience supporting Technology Assisted Review in Relativity
• Relativity RCA is a plus
• Experience creating SQL / Power BI / Tableau reports is a plus
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools is a plus
• Undergraduate degree preferred; preferably in the computer science or information management/technology disciplines
• Supervisory experience very strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control technology assisted review projects in Relativity
• Report on contract and task order progress
• Direct and supervise personnel assigned to perform on task orders, ensuring conformance to work standards and that the technical design conforms to functional requirements
• Ensure successful completion of work, timeliness of deliverables, and quality control
• Prepare system/technical documentation
• Work under a configuration management plan
• Perform and supervise the technical aspects of the tasks
• Organize and conduct user training sessions on systems developed
• Prepare training material and training manuals on systems developed
