About The Position

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Part Time E-Commerce Shoppers. This role is crucial for supporting the company's digital initiatives, including Buy Online, Pick Up In Club (BOPIC), Curbside pickup, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. Team members are expected to uphold club policies, act with honesty and integrity, ensure a safe and positive environment, embrace inclusion and diversity, and work collaboratively to achieve goals. Requirements

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull merchandise from a pick list using a handheld scanner device (RF) to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Verify merchandise counts and update merchandise locations using the handheld scanner device (RF).
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area.
• Communicate inventory and/or equipment problems, including expired or short-dated items.
• Communicate with the club team when merchandise needs to be replenished.
• Work with the team to have merchandise pulled from the reserve area to avoid sales floor replenishment.
• Ensure all orders are picked in a timely manner to meet productivity requirements and deadlines.
• Follow operational efficiencies, processes, and productivity standards with adherence to established SOP for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Take responsibility for individual performance and work with club leadership on performance metrics.
• Securely package orders in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Ensure the SFC area is neat, clean, and organized.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, including removing trash and cardboard from the work area.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Process returns to the club and determine how to handle them (via DDR or Membership desk).
• Maintain all club policies and procedures, including adhering to proper dress code standards.
• Meet OMNI productivity expectations regarding service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, and goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
• Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance, which is an essential function of the job.
