About The Position

Our E-Commerce team in Tacoma, WA store is seeking a Full Time E-Commerce Seller! This position does not offer remote work. Hourly Rate: $17.13 per hour. Position Summary: E-Commerce Sellers take pictures and accurately describes the best of our donations, curated from the donations received from our stores.

Requirements

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Must have basic computer skills
• Requires accurate typing skills
• Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
• Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed documents such as sales transactions, reports, policies and procedures.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of an E-Commerce Seller
• Self-motivated; resourceful, creative; high integrity; problem solver; looks to resolve issues; positive can-do approach; and ability to build effective working relationships.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working in production as well as an office setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurate description of wide range of items including unique/specialty items.
• Provide customer service as needed
• Mentoring less experienced sellers
• Ability to do thorough research on items and determine their value.
• Quickly and efficiently prepare items or groups of items for sale online.
