About The Position

The E-Commerce Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth and profitability of our online sales channels for the Brothers-All-Natural Brand. This role will manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, develop and execute digital sales strategies, and build strong relationships with online retailers and marketplaces. The E-Commerce Sales Manager is instrumental in expanding our digital footprint and ensuring our products are easily accessible to consumers across various online touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce sales management, preferably within the CPG industry.
  • Proven track record of significantly growing online sales and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Vendor Central/Seller Central, Big Commerce, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools and platforms.
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media advertising, email marketing)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with natural and organic food products.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets for Brothers-All-Natural branded products.
  • Identify new online sales opportunities and channels, including direct-to-consumer (DTC) and third-party marketplaces (e.g., Walmart.com, etc).
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the e-commerce landscape. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations teams to ensure alignment of e-commerce strategies with overall brand objectives.
  • Manage and optimize product listings, content, and merchandising across all e-commerce platforms to maximize visibility, conversion rates, and sales.
  • Monitor and analyze key e-commerce metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion, average order value, customer acquisition cost) and implement data-driven strategies for improvement.
  • Monitors inventory and forecasting for e-commerce channels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize out-of-stocks.
  • Monitor Multi-Channel Fulfillment processes to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment across various platforms and retail partners.
  • Manage product reviews and Q&A to maintain a positive brand reputation and address customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal sales teams to integrate e-commerce strategies with traditional sales channels.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with production planning, warehouse, and logistics teams to align inventory and shipping requirements.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing) to drive traffic and sales to e-commerce platforms.
  • Identify and implement promotional strategies specific to e-commerce channels coupons, bundle offers).
  • Monitor & drive campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on e-commerce sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices.
