About The Position

We are looking for a hands-on, data-driven eCommerce Creative Strategist to own and grow performance across all off-Amazon channels. This is a builder role. A doer. Someone fast. You will combine analytics, creative thinking, and execution to drive revenue and profitability.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of multi-channel eCommerce experience (not Amazon-focused)
  • Proven track record driving revenue growth in DTC or marketplace environments
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Experience in digital marketing / PPC / paid media
  • Management experience- including agencies and remote execution teams

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue and margin performance across all non-Amazon channels
  • Track KPIs daily
  • Identify performance gaps and fix them quickly
  • Lead performance-driven creative direction across ads, listings, PDPs, and campaigns
  • Launch, test, scale, or kill initiatives fast based on data
  • Align messaging, promotions, and positioning with sales strategy
  • Manage agencies and offshore teams with clear KPIs
  • Set priorities and ensure fast, clean execution
  • Remove bottlenecks and push initiatives forward
  • Build simple, actionable reporting
  • Translate numbers into clear next steps
  • Flag risks early and propose solutions
