E-Commerce Sales Consultant
About The Position
Swickard Auto Group is a hospitality company that happens to sell and service cars. We believe the best guest experiences start with the best employee experiences. Our Shared Services team in Las Vegas supports sales operations across Swickard's full store network. The Ecommerce Sales Consultant is the first voice a prospective guest hears after submitting an online inquiry -- reaching out quickly, following up consistently, and connecting interested buyers with the right dealership and sales team to move the conversation forward. No automotive experience required. We hire for communication skills, follow-through, and genuine hospitality -- and train everything else.
Requirements
- No automotive experience required -- sales, BDC, call center, hospitality, or retail backgrounds with strong communication skills are exactly what we're looking for
- A confident, clear communicator over phone, email, and text -- you put people at ease and earn their engagement quickly
- Disciplined follow-through -- you don't let leads go cold and you don't give up after one attempt
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital communication platforms -- or quick to learn them
- Self-motivated and results-oriented -- your activity and your earnings are directly connected, and you take ownership of both
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Strong candidates have come from call centers, BDC roles, hospitality, retail, insurance, and other fast-paced phone and communication-based environments.
- You're a confident, personable communicator who builds rapport quickly over the phone and in writing -- you make people feel heard and helped from the very first interaction
- You come from sales, hospitality, retail, or another guest-facing environment and you're ready to bring that energy to a centralized internet sales role supporting dealerships across a 40+ rooftop network
- You're self-motivated, consistent with follow-up, and driven by results -- you understand that speed and persistence in lead response is what separates the consultants who earn from the ones who don't
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound internet leads across Swickard's store network -- making first contact quickly, professionally, and with genuine interest in helping each guest find the right vehicle
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, and text -- maintaining consistent outreach cadences until the guest is connected with a store or has made a decision
- Qualify guest needs -- understanding what they're looking for, their timeline, financing considerations, and which Swickard store and inventory best fits their situation
- Warm-transfer qualified guests to the appropriate dealership sales team -- setting clear context for the handoff so the guest never has to repeat themselves
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead activity, contact attempts, and guest interactions in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets -- response time, contact rate, follow-up cadence, and qualified handoff volume
- Represent Swickard's hospitality standard in every digital and phone interaction -- guests deserve the same care from their first online inquiry as they'd receive walking through a showroom door
