- Experience with on-set standards and demands.
- Knowledge of apparel on-body styling techniques across the industry and various fashion categories.
- Self-driven with the ability to easily communicate creative ideas and collaborate in a team environment.
- 1-3 years of experience in an e-commerce and/or photo studio environment.
- Experience working with Stylists, Photographers, and Hair and Makeup Artists.
- Proficient in Mac and PC computer systems.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
- Proficient in Gmail and Google Drive.
- Physically able to lift over 25 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelors or Associates Degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Photography, or other Visual Communications Arts or related field.
- Experience in e-commerce and luxury brands.
- Complete creative understanding of the Revolve and Forward customer.
- Project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute high-quality styling and photography for Revolve and Forward websites and mobile platforms.
- Optimize team productivity and ensure proper uploads for e-commerce sites.
- Apply knowledge of current e-commerce and fashion trends to catalog shoots to maintain Revolve's competitive online presence.
- Direct women's and men's catalog photo shoots, coach models, manage product flow, and maintain a positive energy in the studios.
- Maintain the Revolve aesthetic in photo shoots while achieving high-volume productivity goals.
- Collaborate with the studio team (stylist, photographer, HM&U artist, model) on all visual aspects of the shoot, including clothing fit and style, lighting, color, hair, makeup, and posing.
- Ensure product and models accurately represent the Revolve and FWRD customer.
- Seek innovative methods to achieve productivity and daily goals.
- Stay updated on all e-commerce operations and processes.
- Assist in the production and styling of product flat lays.
