About The Position

The E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist, North America owns and drives end-to-end operations across Amazon, TikTok Shop, Walmart, and DTC channels, serving as the operational backbone and execution engine of the marketplace team. The ideal candidate keeps listings sharp, accounts healthy, and product launches on track, operating at the intersection of platform expertise, cross-functional coordination, and process excellence. This role is based in our Marina Del Rey HQ and is required on-site 5 days/week. In your first year with us, this is what you can expect to be doing: Marketplace Optimization: • Own and continuously improve account health metrics: Buy Box percentage, Order Defect Rate, and platform SLAs • Execute best-in-class listing optimization, including A+ content, Enhanced Brand Content, and video integration • Proactively resolve catalog issues, SKU migration errors, placement errors, and compliance flags • Own execution of marketplace programs: Amazon Vine, Walmart Pro Seller, TikTok live shopping events • Coordinate time-sensitive seasonal logistics for meltable product restrictions and expedited shipping windows • Safeguard brand integrity through trademark compliance and policy adherence across platforms • Develop data-driven revenue forecasts using simple averages, trend models, and weekday pattern modeling • Monitor and flag risks in warehouse performance, including WRO/URO tracking, receiving SLA compliance, and order accuracy Product Information: • Serve as the primary liaison between PIM and marketplace platforms • Own and maintain product copy (short and long descriptions) for all active SKUs • Coordinate creative asset ordering and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation across channels • Lead product launches end-to-end: pre-launch setup, launch coordination, and post-launch QA • Maintain and improve launch templates and project tracking in Asana • Prevent SKU overlap and maintain clean, consistent product data across DTC, Amazon, TikTok, Walmart, and emerging channels

Requirements

  • 4+ years owning marketplace operations; Amazon Seller Central required (TikTok Shop or Walmart a plus)
  • Proven track record successfully operating and scaling multi-channel operations simultaneously
  • Experience managing offshore teams and building clear, scalable process documentation
  • Expert-level command of Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop Seller Center, and Walmart Seller Center
  • Strong working knowledge of PIM systems, Dynamics ERP, and e-commerce platforms (WooCommerce, Shopify)
  • Advanced Excel proficiency
  • Clear communicator who can write clear, actionable SOPs for non-technical offshore teams
  • Strong problem-solver who treats marketplace quirks as puzzles, not blockers
  • Proactively identifies and implements process improvements before being asked

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with API integrations and marketplace automation tools (strong plus)
  • Experience with customer service platforms (Zendesk or Freshdesk), including AI-powered support and automation workflows
  • Highly detail-oriented; you catch listing errors before they become account issues
  • Comfortable owning multiple concurrent product launches
