The eCommerce Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and conversion performance across our direct-to-consumer digital channels. This role executes ROI-driven, direct-response marketing strategies that generate immediate, measurable results, while continuously optimizing the customer journey, offers, and conversion funnels. This position plays a critical role in scaling our DTC business through data-driven campaign execution, performance marketing, and conversion optimization, working cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Sales, and Operations.
