“We Push the Boundaries of Possibilities for our Communities.” Overview of the Position Responsibilitie s: We are seeking a data-driven, customer-obsessed professional to own and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce buyflow across web and mobile —from product discovery through checkout and post-purchase engagement. This role is responsible for improving conversion rates, reducing friction, and delivering a seamless, high-performing purchase experience that supports revenue objectives while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, UX optimization, or conversion rate optimization.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce and website management
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using GA4, testing platforms, heatmap tools, and UX analytics to evaluate performance and inform marketing decisions
  • A strong understanding of ecommerce conversion optimization, UX/UI best practices, and mobile-first design.
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills; proven ability to manage multiple priorities and provide excellent follow through
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively
  • Ability to create content for website and buyflows as well as build out website user experience
  • Ability to work with different functional groups and levels of employees to achieve results effectively and professionally
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, dynamic environment
  • Must be able to successfully pass a background and drug test prior to employment
  • MS Office Suite: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Excel, and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Teams, Asana, Figma)
  • Analytics tools: Google Analytics 4, Looker, Hotjar, advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization (charts, graphs, dashboards), SEMRUSH
  • Other tools: Design tools (Canva), Hubspot, WordPress, ChatGPT, Gemini, Workflow project tools
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Regularly required to talk and hear.

  • Required to use hands, handle objects and paperwork.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize all steps of the customer purchase journey including product detail pages, shopping cart, checkout, payments, and order confirmation.
  • Identify and prioritize friction points across the buyflow using qualitative and quantitative insights to improve conversion, usability, speed, and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate testing strategies to drive conversion lift and improve the overall user experience.
  • Ensure the buyflow is mobile-optimized and adheres to accessibility and usability standards.
  • Coordinate closely with internal and external partners to plan and execute digital sprints, releases, feature implementations, website enhancements and issue resolution.
  • Build the detailed ecommerce requirements and work with ecommerce vendors to implement
  • Provide recommendation on digital offers, content, site improvements to increase over ecommerce acquisition and retention goals.
  • Lead the Quality Assurance (QA) and regression testing process for all website updates, including functionality, design, and content accuracy
  • Produce detailed user flow analytics reporting using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), website heatmaps and behavior analytics including traffic, conversion, and user behavior data
  • Generate and socialize actionable insights and recommendations for improving the website and ecommerce UX based on analytics data
  • Serve as the buyflow subject matter expert for project planning, prioritization, and roadmap discussions.
  • Coordinate with marketing to ensure promotions, pricing, and messaging integrate cleanly and accurately into the purchase journey.
  • Partner with payment providers and internal engineering to ensure reliable, secure, and fast transactions.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and implement opportunities for improving post-purchase engagement and self-service capabilities, driving both customer satisfaction and long-term growth.
  • Support special projects and digital assigned that contribute to overall ecommerce strategy and performance growth.
