About The Position

Five Star Jewelers is a fast-paced, customer-focused jewelry and loan business. We help customers with jewelry sales, pawn loans, buying valuables, and financing options while delivering a high level of service. We value integrity, teamwork, and growth. As we continue to expand, our e-commerce channel plays a critical role in reaching new customers, showcasing our inventory, and driving online revenue growth. We are seeking a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to own and grow our online sales channel. This role is responsible for managing our e-commerce website, optimizing product performance, driving online revenue, and improving the overall customer shopping experience. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative—comfortable managing product listings, digital marketing initiatives, and performance metrics while continuously improving conversion and customer engagement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail operations
  • Experience managing an e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales and performance data
  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (email, paid ads, SEO basics)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-task environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, pawn, or high-value goods industry
  • Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or website management tools
  • Experience working in multi-location retail environments

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website
  • Oversee product listings, descriptions, pricing, and inventory accuracy
  • Drive online sales growth through conversion rate optimization and merchandising strategies
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, revenue, ROAS)
  • Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, promotions, and email marketing initiatives
  • Optimize website user experience, navigation, and checkout flow
  • Analyze customer behavior and sales trends to improve product performance
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory and product availability
  • Support development and implementation of website updates and enhancements
  • Ensure brand consistency across all online platforms
