As a member of the Web Team, the role of E-Commerce Manager is an exciting high-growth, customer-focused role owning site merchandising, user experience, and email marketing. This role will bring products to life online and implement email and content campaigns that enhance the customer experience. This role owns all aspects of the online product life cycle from launch planning, content accuracy and implementation through to end-of-season and sale for both Sid and Ann Mashburn websites. Additionally, this role will be responsible for achieving channel sales goals, driving growth, and optimizing the online customer experience, through site merchandising, conversion optimization, and testing. Working cross-functionally with our Creative, Brand Marketing and Merchandising teams, this role will flawlessly execute content, email, SMS, and sale campaigns. This position reports to the Senior E-Commerce Manager and is a salaried, exempt position. This position requires work five days a week from our West Midtown, Atlanta, GA Headquarters.
