Job SummaryAs E-Commerce Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our guests experience with our online store – using data to continually improve experience and drive sales. The ideal candidate will be an experienced E-Commerce professional with expertise and passion for continually driving both revenue and user experience

Requirements

  • Experience in E-Commerce or Web Design basics
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Passion for E-Commerce/Retail
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Curiosity for new technology and industry trends

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Marketing Management, Business, Information Systems, or similar is preferred
  • Photoshop skills are preferred

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and optimizing the E-Commerce operations for the location
  • Working closely with the retail operations team to maximize efficiency of order fulfillment
  • Reviewing data to develop plans to improve E-Commerce operations
  • Managing all aspects of the E-Commerce operations – including maintaining the online store, posting new items and responding to customer queries
  • Pulling reports on the performance of various items and working with the Retail Director to optimize revenue
  • Overseeing and managing the full cycle of order fulgent from picking to distribution
  • Working closely with location partners to identify ways to drive traffic to the online store
  • Utilizing social media channels to generate excitement and traffic
  • Working with website development team to drive improvements to the online store
  • Maintaining the security protocols and ensuring payment card information rules are always followed
  • Analyzing sales-related metrics to help inform restocks
  • Supporting in the accurate completion and maintenance of inventory to prevent shrinkage
  • Attend management meetings to build collaboration with other departments at the location
  • Handling customer complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory completion
  • Planning and managing special promotions through the online store
  • Building and loading product range
  • Assisting customers as needed
  • Other duties as assigned
