About The Position

We’re seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with a strong track record selling shipping and logistics solutions to e-commerce businesses. In this role, you will drive new business acquisition, grow key accounts, and deliver tailored small-parcel logistics programs that improve speed, cost efficiency, and reliability for online brands.

Requirements

Proven success selling shipping, parcel logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment services
Strong understanding of parcel shipping, express services, fulfillment workflows, warehousing, and domestic/international freight
Excellent communication, negotiation, and consultative sales abilities
Data-driven, results-oriented mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on acquiring and expanding e-commerce clients needing small-parcel shipping solutions
Identify, qualify, and engage new prospects through outreach, discovery calls, and customized presentations
Manage the full sales cycle—from initial pitch through pricing, negotiation, and closing
Present compelling logistics solutions that showcase service levels, rate advantages, and scalable fulfillment support
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships as a trusted logistics advisor
Work cross-functionally with operations, warehousing, and fulfillment teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
Track pipeline activity, monitor KPIs, and provide detailed reporting on sales performance, forecasts, and customer insights
